1926 Park Ward Limousine GMJ 41

Finished in yellow over black with tan leather upholstery, chassis GMJ 41 was supplied new to Mrs LJ Stretton of Nottingham with Park Ward coachwork which it still retains today. Sold by Mrs Stretton at the end of World War II, GMJ 41 is understood to have passed to the Montagu Arms to convey guests to the local station and then used in the 1960s by a Dr Welch to visit his patients.  Mr David Evans then purchased the car in 1988 and kept it for 33 years.  In September 2021 GMJ 41 was bought by William Bate. Since purchase one of the first things Will did to his new car was to lower the headlights to the correct level.
